Ethiopia Sidamo “Moredocofe” (Special Preparation)
Characteristics: A higher acidity coffee with a richer body and longer finish of creamy vanilla. The aroma hints at baker’s chocolate laced with ripe peaches and tangerines. The cup is filled with strawberry and cherry notes paired with dark chocolate and brandy at the end of the tasting. A great coffee after a meal and with desserts.

Characteristics: Bold flavor, intense, full bodied, low acid espresso; luscious and rich with ample thick/syrupy cream. Sweetly pungent with slight floral undertones, honey, almond, and a bittersweet chocolate finish. Perfect for pulling straight espresso shots or it can also cut through larger milk drinks with ease.

Characteristics: A citric and spice aroma, a well balanced cup of coffee with a winey acidity but not overpowering. A complex flavored coffee with black current, wine, and floral notes and a smooth finish.

Bourbon “Finca San Diego Buena Vista” (Wet Processed)
Characteristics: A very classic Guatemala, well balanced with familiar flavor notes. A beautiful balance between sweetness and bitter sweetness. The taste is syrupy caramel with vanilla. As the cup cools notes of cinnamon and allspice with a tangy acidity. A rich body coffee with classic Bourbon flavors

Mexico Organic, "Rustico" Nayarit (Dry Processed)
Characteristics: This is a Bold coffee with a heavy body. As the name says it is rustic with old world intensity. At a medium roast thick chocolate notes are balanced with hints of almond and fruit. At a lighter roast the fruit notes are more prominent.
